Senior citizens

Trondheim local authority offers many cultural activities for senior citizens. The aim is to facilitate for a higher quality of life for seniors and promote good health through participation in cultural activities.

Den kulturelle spaserstokken
Organizes over 250 cultural events in more than 100 locations each year. The events are arranged in cooperation with volunteers and the Health and Welfare sector. Many of the events are held at Health and Welfare centres, making them low threshold activities available to seniors living in all districts of the city.

Offers computer training for seniors. Courses are scheduled all year round.
