Startup problems with a new computer system for SFO and kindergartenTrondheim municipality has a new system for the digital administration of SFO and kindergarten. Unfortunately, some startup problems have occured with the system. This could lead to some of you may receive a SFO invoice with an incorrect value.
Previously, it was one collective invoice for all the children in the household who attended kindergarten and SFO. Currently each child receives an invoice.
The following errors may occur:
If you have moved to a new school/SFO after July 31st, 2019, you may receive invoices from both the SFOs.
If you have changed the duration at SFO during August 2019 and this may not have been registered yet.
If you have applied for SFO several times, you may receive many invoices in the same month.
